I have received alot of questions and mail about what I eat, and how I work out…so I figured there was enough interest to do a post about it… I have a strict diet of well, what Margaret Cho once called the “f*ck it” diet 🙂  Margaret Cho once went off about how many diets she had been on, and said that now she does the f*ck it diet.  Basically she said, she will see something she wants to eat and say “fuck that has to many calories” but then say “fuck it” and eat it anyway, lol.  (I couldn’t censor f*ck another time lol, we are all adults). I eat what I want for the most part – but I do stay away from anything to overly processed – like fast foods, packaged cookies and things etc. I always tell my friends when they eat an oreo (or anything with so many ridiculous ingredients that you can’t even read them cause the words are to long) –  “hope you enjoy your new belly” lol – I’m half kidding when I say it. My absolute favorite foods are a well cooked Rissotto, or anything with eggplant. My biggest pig out food is sourdough bread. There is a little pub in town that my friends and I always go to and it’s right next to a bakery. They bake the bread around 12 at night so we can always smell it from the pub. So on our way home we always have to get a fresh loaf – it’s so good fresh from the oven!  As if I need more carbs after all the beer I had at the pub lol   My workout routine is pretty simple. Twice a week I go running or hiking with a friend at about 7am. The rest of the week I lift weights, use resistance bands and of course my favorite for abs – the swiss ball !!!  There is so much you can do with it.  If you don’t have one you need to consider getting one.  It’s the most helpful and most inexpensive tool you can have.
