…unless you think there is something erotic about worrying and/or contracting a STD !!! I’m back! Shooting with Justin And J Phoenix was awesome! And for a good cause – the photos once finished will be auctioned off for a LGBT charity. I was surprised early that morning when I was told I needed to shave EVERYTHING – yes even my pubic hair. I hope it grows back fast, lol. It’s all part of the job. The photos were amazing, but I can’t give away the scenario just yet. I can say it was a hot and all together successful shoot! Justin also hooked me up with some more of my dirty trucker photos from my last shoot with him so I will share those with you soon in the members galleries. J and I had lots of fun afterwards. We went out on the town in West Hollywood with good friends Phillip Ashton and Josh Thompson (owner and photographer for www.thecovercode.com). Talk more tomorrow! And remember LIVE SHOW and CHAT tomorrow night (FRIDAY) ! …by the way, one date change…the show with Vance Winter has been moved due to some scheduling issues he was having (seems to be going around this month lol) so the 24th I will be live solo. LONG DAY’S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT
Due to some last minute scheduling issues, my shoot with Barrett Long today has been rescheduled for a later date. Also, my Midtowne appearance has been cancelled for Thursday and will be rescheduled for sometime in May. I still have the Justin Monroe shoot tomorrow, and possibly a quickie shoot early Thursday before I return in the afternoon. On the bright side, I have a whole free day today! What should I do with myself? Hmmmm… I think I might be able to come up with something lol. I am actually here with J Phoenix from last month’s LIVE CAM and CHAT DUO Show. We are on the same shoot with Justin I can’t wait to be back and talk with all of you though! Here’s a couple from my last set with Justin as a ‘dirty trucker’ (see all the photos from this set in XXX gallery #1 inside). I look forward to making this shoot so much dirtier…lol…I mean hotter

Hi Everyone!! Made it to LA safe and sound, if not a tad hectic in the process lol. Today is John Hough shoot day I wanted to take a second before I get settled to let you know this – and show you a photo from my last shoot with John Hough. I think this one will remind you of his photographic style. BUT – you should look forward to seeing you some great images from today as well !!! I’ll be in touch every day I am shooting, with much much more as the week progresses…for now, let’s go downstairs to the Hotel bar and relax – and see what comes up…haha

As you all know, one of my jobs is at an adult entertainment distribution company where I have to screen lots of porn and take screen grabs etc. Here are a few that recently caught my eye…you wouldn’t believe some of the stuff that happens in porn lol.. 1. Here we see a straight guy totally sunburnt – and yet they still went through with the shoot? It was hard enough for me to do the live show last night being a little pink 2. ‘Protein Loading’… After every workout I have a protein shake (I make sure to have it within 30 min of finishing, otherwise it’s not as effective). I make it with protein powder, yogurt, a banana, berries (whatevers in season – great antioxidants!), whole milk, and 1-2 eggs. Throughout the day, I also will have a couple of good ol’ pb&j sandwiches, in addition to my regular meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwiches on whole wheat bread (read the label, wheat bread is NOT whole wheat – it’s enriched flour, you don’t want that) are a great way to have a complete protein snack without eating meat (in case anyone is a vegetarian). For those who might not know, when I was in college my studies were geared for a Dietition Major. I learned a lot about this stuff, and at the time I was a vegetarian. I am not now, but I do not typically eat red meat – just chicken. Another great complete protein is a plate of whole beans and rice. All of this may sound uneccessary, but when you are trying to maintain or gain weight and have a very high metabolism like I do, it’s very neccessary – and it’s a lot cheaper and healthier than taking supplements or drugs. I can honestly say that all my muscle tone is natural – not medically induced – and I’m very proud of that ALSO…LIVE CAM AND CHAT TOMORROW NIGHT (WEDNESDAY) and FRIDAY…both nights at 7PM WEST COAST / 10PM EAST COAST / 2AM GMT…it will be great to see and talk to you all, as usual!!!
