I hope all of you joining in WORK IT WITH TURK Buff Bus are working on your homework!!! lol Remember, if you choose just to observe my progress that’s totally cool !!! Every post won’t be about work outs in August – just enough for updates, support and encouragements along the way HotAndy has some nutritional tips to share with us as well (see further in post). It sounds like a food plan I will have to follow –  going to the grocery store later today! Currently I weigh 145 lbs give or take 2 lbs. About 2 years ago I was 135-138. My best weight was 155, as you can see n the pictures, it looks healthier, at least I think it does. My goal is 160 – that’s about my healthy BMI (Body/Mass Index). I am currently considered underweight for my height (5′10″)… so 15 lbs to go!!! Depending on your metabolism, these menu ideas will give the body what it needs for muscle growth. For some, it will actually work with weight loss plans. Compare the suggestions to what you normally eat – and no matter who you are, it is healthy eating BREAKFAST / (before working out if you are working out) Eggs…aka “shelled muscle” lol…are packed with folates, riboflavin, Vitamins B6, B12, D and E, iron, phosphorus and zinc LUNCH (post workout if working out)   Hamburger patty (@579 calories, 66 g protein, 0 g carbs, 35 g fat) Microwaved red potato (2) (290 calories, 6 g protein, 68 g carbs, 0 g fat ) LATE LUNCH/AFTERNOON SNACK   Yogurt, salad (oil and vinegar only), or Tuna (no bread), beef jerky (yup, you heard me LOL, beef jerky)   DINNER Good portion of salmon, steak, foul, or fish…baked or broiled, never breaded…as natural and fresh as your area allows you to be. HEALTHY, SWEATY, NAKED AND HORNY

August 1st commences Buff Bus Work with Turk month lol !!! DON’T feel left out if  you choose not to buff – enjoy the ride anyway, and what surely will be sweatier pictures every day I know everyone is different and everyone is looking for specific results, so those of you getting fitter with me have Home Assignments haha!!! 1. write down your goals … For me, I am looking to bulk up and gain about 15 lbs more muscle – realistically only a couple pounds per week. It’s important to be realistic becuase if you set goals too high, you may get discouraged – and this is to be FUN I am also looking to get a bigger chest, arms, and who wouldn’t like to see my ass get just a little bit bigger lol! 2. once you have your goal, do a little research on what appeals to you as far as your exercizes to work those specific areas. Try a few of them (free weights, situps, biking, etc…) and see what you can do, what you can’t, and what seems to work for you. 3. You should have your routine set by mid week – write it down and follow it! 4. VERY IMPORTANT, pick a music playlist that helps you get motivated. Believe me, its important to have good music that you can move to while you workout – it makes the process so much easier and more fun. 5. Set your schedule for the month, what days are you going to work out? How many days a week and at what time – just a tip, morning is best for you, so if your not a morning person this can be challenging but push yourself! My schedule is going to be this: Sunday: Run Monday: Gym Tuesday: Off Wednesday: Gym Thursday: Run Friday: Gym Saturday: Off It’s important that you give your body enough time in between workouts to recover. That is why you need days off. You should also work different areas each day. For example, when I am at the Gym, I will be lifting weights and doing mostly muscle building and strength training – the days when I am running are all about Cardio. Okay let’s get crackin’ !!! – lol – and, again, for those who don’t need or choose to get on this particular Bus – it’s all good, don’t feel left out!!! I finally saw ‘The Hangover’ last night at a late night showing. My friends had been raving about how funny it was, so I had to see it. Omg! It was soooooo funny !!! The whole theater was cracking up from start to finish. I loved it!!! I got up early today because we have a meeting at work…looks like a long day…hope everyone had/has a good one

THE WORK TURK

So… on occasion things come up in my life, and it helps me get my head clear when I put my emotions to text. I have recently had some pretty crazy dating experiences. The last couple of guys have been way more into me than I was into them. I’m not trying to brag AT ALL, but people tend to fall in love with me hard and fast and I find that incredibly unattractive. I am not sure what my deal is, because the guys I am talking about were both amazing and I could see myself having a long and happy relationship with either one. I seem to pull myself away just as quickly as I am drawn to someone. This is not to say that I don’t like a guy’s attention – I just don’t like it when someone thinks I can do no wrong and nearly worships me. I am human just like everyone else and I like to be treated as such and called out when I’m an idiot, or if I do/say something wrong, tell me. Don’t just say awww, it’s okay, everything you do is perfect. No it’s not!  I think I am a nice – maybe even a sweet guy, but definitely not to be confused with being innocent or perfect by any standards.  I had this same problem when I dated girls (before I realized I liked dick LOL). I had one girlfriend turn suicidal because I broke up with her, (she didn’t do it of course) but I don’t get it! I just want to find someone who likes me for me, who I can relate to somewhat but not too much, and who is not afraid to tell me when I’ve screwed up. Relationships are suppose to be give and take, not give-give or take-take. If I didn’t like sex so much I would probably give up on the whole dating thing all together LOL. This brings me to my second issue. After having such a long and intense realtionship these last few years – have I allowed myself enough time before searching for love again? Can I love again? Am I putting myself out there to much? Or maybe, did I make a mistake leaving him? Ahhhhh! I just wanna go to some mountain top and scream until I feel better. It’s not that I feel bad, I’m just frustrated. I kinda feel like I’m on fire Anyway, enough of me venting, I’m going to eat. Talk to you all later. Hope I wasn’t to much of a downer, lol. ON FIRE

Sadly I am still new ‘tatless’ My tattoo artist had a family emergency and had to reschedule for next week. But it’s okay, I hope everything is okay with him. Anyway, today I am posting quite possibly – no, DEFINATELY lol – the most interesting Turkie request I have had to date. I was recently submitted a cover of Mariah Carey’s single ‘Obsessed’ and asked to copy it with an image of myself, lol. So here it is, just snapped this picture really quickly and threw it into Photoshop. I could probably make it better, but my lighting was a bit off lol. Thats it for now. Talk soon! OBSESSED

It’s been a very busy weekend for me. My bar is very close to the raceway and this weekend there were some drag race competitions – so all the drivers, crew and fans pop in all day and night long to get some food and drink. It’s great for business, but exhausting at the same time. I did manage to get out with a couple co-workers after work Friday night which was lots of fun. I was so tired that I passed out very early lol. And Guess what? Monday afternoon I am getting a new tat! I’ll be sure to take some pictures while I’m getting it done. I’m so excited! I am due, it’s been over a year since my last tat – I limit myself to one a year, lol.
