Last night, federal district court Judge Virginia Phillips declared that “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” is unconstitutional. Following federal court rulings on Proposition 8 in August and the “Defense of Marriage Act” (DOMA) in July, Judge Phillips’ decision is the third federal court ruling in as many months to find statutory limitations on the rights of LGBT Americans unconstitutional. However, the fate of DADT is still in doubt. It’s very possible that the DADT decision will be stayed, which means President Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid must take the lead to finally repeal this discriminatory policy. Since 2009, the Courage Campaign has collected 491,197 signatures and delivered them to members of Congress, the U.S. Army and the Obama Administration. COURAGE

Santa Monica is Spanish for “Saint Monica”. St. Monica was the mother of the celebrated St. Augustine. She is renowned for her years of patience and prayer for the conversion of her son. There is a statue of her at the end of Sunset Blvd. on the waterfront. I was mostly working the past two days, so I didn’t get out to take alot of pictures – but here are a couple I took down in Santa Monica (my old home, which I miss terribly). The top picture is of my friend Brandon and I with Stephanie (someone we met that was a total riot!) We love you Stephanie! Also, here is a picture of Micah Matthews (second one down), my scene partner these past two days. The scene was very hot! Another model I met on the plane, but unfortunately was unable to work with, was Jake Steel, hopefully we get to work together someday soon (third picture down)!

SAINT MONICA

Back from a shopping trip to the adult bookstore, Vincenzo is anxious to show of his new purchase! He chokes his chicken on the couch before stripping his clothes off to show off his white skater body! As he brings out his new toy he says, “I guess there’s a first time for everything,” and begins lubing it up with his mouth! Vincenzo begins exploring his ass with his new purple toy and relaxes down onto it once he gets used to it. It was so hard to wake up this morning to workout – I was up late last night, but I did it! Saw ‘District 9′ with the roomies last night, it was so freakin awesome! It’s unlike anything you have ever seen. The theater was pretty empty for the show we went to and there was this guy that just sat on the steps near the back, we didn’t know why until the end – he was filming it for a bootleg copy…lame. Lol. Anyway, me and a friend were hoping to go see Robin Williams tonite, he is doing a performance, stand-up I guess, here locally. But unfortunately tickets sold out in the first few minutes so onto plan B – hit up the bars lol. The Buff Bus is coming to a stop soon, for August anyway – how did you do?? I think I’m going to make my goal!!! Hope you all have a great evening, talk tomorrow 🙂

I hope all of you joining in WORK IT WITH TURK Buff Bus are working on your homework!!! lol Remember, if you choose just to observe my progress that’s totally cool !!! Every post won’t be about work outs in August – just enough for updates, support and encouragements along the way HotAndy has some nutritional tips to share with us as well (see further in post). It sounds like a food plan I will have to follow –  going to the grocery store later today! Currently I weigh 145 lbs give or take 2 lbs. About 2 years ago I was 135-138. My best weight was 155, as you can see n the pictures, it looks healthier, at least I think it does. My goal is 160 – that’s about my healthy BMI (Body/Mass Index). I am currently considered underweight for my height (5′10″)… so 15 lbs to go!!! Depending on your metabolism, these menu ideas will give the body what it needs for muscle growth. For some, it will actually work with weight loss plans. Compare the suggestions to what you normally eat – and no matter who you are, it is healthy eating BREAKFAST / (before working out if you are working out) Eggs…aka “shelled muscle” lol…are packed with folates, riboflavin, Vitamins B6, B12, D and E, iron, phosphorus and zinc LUNCH (post workout if working out)   Hamburger patty (@579 calories, 66 g protein, 0 g carbs, 35 g fat) Microwaved red potato (2) (290 calories, 6 g protein, 68 g carbs, 0 g fat ) LATE LUNCH/AFTERNOON SNACK   Yogurt, salad (oil and vinegar only), or Tuna (no bread), beef jerky (yup, you heard me LOL, beef jerky)   DINNER Good portion of salmon, steak, foul, or fish…baked or broiled, never breaded…as natural and fresh as your area allows you to be. HEALTHY, SWEATY, NAKED AND HORNY

August 1st commences Buff Bus Work with Turk month lol !!! DON’T feel left out if  you choose not to buff – enjoy the ride anyway, and what surely will be sweatier pictures every day I know everyone is different and everyone is looking for specific results, so those of you getting fitter with me have Home Assignments haha!!! 1. write down your goals … For me, I am looking to bulk up and gain about 15 lbs more muscle – realistically only a couple pounds per week. It’s important to be realistic becuase if you set goals too high, you may get discouraged – and this is to be FUN I am also looking to get a bigger chest, arms, and who wouldn’t like to see my ass get just a little bit bigger lol! 2. once you have your goal, do a little research on what appeals to you as far as your exercizes to work those specific areas. Try a few of them (free weights, situps, biking, etc…) and see what you can do, what you can’t, and what seems to work for you. 3. You should have your routine set by mid week – write it down and follow it! 4. VERY IMPORTANT, pick a music playlist that helps you get motivated. Believe me, its important to have good music that you can move to while you workout – it makes the process so much easier and more fun. 5. Set your schedule for the month, what days are you going to work out? How many days a week and at what time – just a tip, morning is best for you, so if your not a morning person this can be challenging but push yourself! My schedule is going to be this: Sunday: Run Monday: Gym Tuesday: Off Wednesday: Gym Thursday: Run Friday: Gym Saturday: Off It’s important that you give your body enough time in between workouts to recover. That is why you need days off. You should also work different areas each day. For example, when I am at the Gym, I will be lifting weights and doing mostly muscle building and strength training – the days when I am running are all about Cardio. Okay let’s get crackin’ !!! – lol – and, again, for those who don’t need or choose to get on this particular Bus – it’s all good, don’t feel left out!!! THE BUFF BUS

What I did on my Sunday afternoon…lol… A couple of weeks ago, I was approached at the bar by a woman in SF that books impersonators for events. She herself does Marilyn Monroe. She explained that she had an upcoming ‘Safari’ themed Charity Event, and that she was still on the lookout for someone to play Tarzan. She asked me if I would be interested. It was funny because just the night before I had done the LIVE CAM and CHAT Show on the website with the jungle boy costume one of you was so cool to have sent me. So…. I said “Why not?  I pretty much have the costume already, I would just need to add some fabric to the back”. I didn’t want any of the rich older people to have a hear attack at the event 🙂  So I spent a few hours parading around with Jane and taking photos with guests. It wasn’t actually too much different than the pride events and such that I usually do, except for the wig and the loin cloth –  and of course the girl lol. It was a bit windy, but Jane was nice enough to hold down the back of my costume whenever a gust came by…HAHA
