So about a week ago .. I was contacted by DJ Tiger (who is a DJ in Kingston, Ontario) and he wants me to DJ with him at Joy Supper Club there. I agreed and am very excited about it. It will be October 23rd. Hopefully it will become a monthly event like the one in Toronto at GoodHandy’s. I had one of the most amazing times at Goodhandys. They treated me like a king, which was really nice. I felt very special The club was very busy and everyone seemed to love my music. I had many comments about it. In the middle of each month I will be spinning in Toronto at Goodhandys Tabernac. I now have my own event – promoter, DJ, and also Adult Entertainer of my whole show which is awesome Each month we hope to have hot new boys to join the event. The first night in Toronto i had a private party and we had about 30 people. The night at Tabernac we had over 200. I hope each month the number will keep growing as the party gets more known. I also did an amazing orgy at the club which was like a wrestling match and Julien Cox was our referee 🙂 I have some pictures to show you that I hope you enjoy. It sounds like a food plan I will have to follow – going to the grocery store later today! Currently I weigh 145 lbs give or take 2 lbs. About 2 years ago I was 135-138. My best weight was 155, as you can see n the pictures, it looks healthier, at least I think it does. My goal is 160 – that’s about my healthy BMI (Body/Mass Index). I am currently considered underweight for my height (5′10″)… so 15 lbs to go!!! Depending on your metabolism, these menu ideas will give the body what it needs for muscle growth. For some, it will actually work with weight loss plans. Compare the suggestions to what you normally eat – and no matter who you are, it is healthy eating BREAKFAST / (before working out if you are working out) Eggs…aka “shelled muscle” lol…are packed with folates, riboflavin, Vitamins B6, B12, D and E, iron, phosphorus and zinc LUNCH (post workout if working out) Hamburger patty (@579 calories, 66 g protein, 0 g carbs, 35 g fat) Microwaved red potato (2) (290 calories, 6 g protein, 68 g carbs, 0 g fat ) LATE LUNCH/AFTERNOON SNACK Yogurt, salad (oil and vinegar only), or Tuna (no bread), beef jerky (yup, you heard me LOL, beef jerky) DINNER Good portion of salmon, steak, foul, or fish…baked or broiled, never breaded…as natural and fresh as your area allows you to be. I finally finished “24″ Season 7…though the ending of the show was weird. I was hoping for a better ending Today I went to the gym and did my chest. I also practiced my DJ skills for 2 hours – and recorded a live set to see where I made mistakes. I’m getting pretty good, but I really practice alot. I’m sad that the model cancelled the other day – but there is a hot boy coming from Toronto who I met at Goodhandy’s when I was in there during Gay Pride. He will be here, and we will be shooting, on Wednesday . Hopefuly he won’t cancel LOL !!! Joel has been doing some really amazing work on my DJ website. He was the winner of the contest that I had posted on Facebook Other than that, I’m going to watch some tv and relax…XOXOX

I have just been so busy all month long with renovations and also Quebec City – and then Toronto. I am sorry the blog posts have been slow during this time. I’m back in Montreal now and I have a friend visiting from New York for a few days. In Toronto, I did an appearance at Goodhandy’s. It was a really fun experience at a very cool club I had some hot guys having sex in front of me LOL!!! This one blonde boy was so hot, I jerked off on stage amd had to finish in a private room Julien also came into the room with the blonde – what a hot and crazy place!!! Other then that, I am still renovating my basement and having fun. Talk to you soon – and this time I do mean SOON lol

Lot’s of new and exciting toys have come in today – except my DJM800 mixer…:( . Without a mixer, I cannot do much with my DJ equipment except play a CD lol. I have been very busy in the last little bit, but I will get back on track with Blog posting I promise. I have been going to my Bass Guitar classes and now DJ classes. Soon DJ Fitch will be out spinning in clubs. I have also been going to the Gym like crazy. There are many summer events coming up – I am going to Toronto for Gay Pride and to do an Appearance at ‘ Goodhandy’s’. I hope you can come meet me in Toronto at that club ! I’m going to watch a movie and then go to bed. Thanks everyone
