I just finished my interview for Owen Keehnan’s newest book ‘Rising Starz’ featuring all of the ‘up and coming’ (no pun intended, i don’t think lol) faces of the nale adult entertainment industry. Owen has already written and published three books in this series ‘Starz’, ‘More Starz’, and ‘Ultimate Starz’. I was honored to have been asked and had a lot of fun with the interview. I will be sure to keep you posted as to its release date once I know more. It’s been a busy week for me. I’m planning on fixing up my basement so I can have an extra room down there. Matt the Great will be helping on the blueprint. I missed the gym today waiting for a FedEx package, so I ate hamburgers all day LOL. What a nice day. I have no plans really for tonight.. I may go and see a friend at a local strip club. He wants me to dance there and strip LOL… who knows .. I may do it now and then hahah. Have a very very good night

What a beautiful day today was again – for making a ton of BBQ! I was hanging out with friends today, and also did a bit of biking. It was a fun day Monday it’s back at the gym with my trainer at 11am – and I will probably bike tonight before bedtime.  I feel lazy after eating so much today lol… I hope you guys all had a good weekend with this great weather!!! New Bicycle

Got my bicycle today and I have been out all day biking !!! 🙂  My legs are sore as hell, but what a cardio – 35km of biking today or more maybe … great weather, great fun!  I’m going to hang out with some friends. I will go out tonight but I will drink only stupid water – no more booze for me during training. I need to be a good boy Tomorrow is supposed to be insane warm here in Montreal. Today when i biked around the gay village, there were so many people. The largest amount of people since last summer. It’s SO great when a Winter City wakes up fro spring. It almost makes teh cold weather we go through worth it Have a good night

Getting Ripped

I have been really training hard for 2 weeks nonstop – and tomorrow I have my trainer. He is getting me to do back and shoulders. I love doing shoulders. Today I did biceps and triceps. I have been eating several times a day with 3 protein shakes. I will post my training program on the blog soon. I Just need to figure out how to install my printer with the new wireless router with password protection lol. I need sleep. It’s been long day and I am tired.
