The Incredible Lightness<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I woke up today feeling very refreshed and new. I’m sure none of you know because I have never really been very open about it – but for a long time I have had\u00a0on and off\u00a0battles with depression. I think that many people do, and are just as reluctant to open up about it as I am…or was. Now something has happened and I really feel like a new person. There are going to be some major changes in my life, and that will include weeding out those people that are not good for me. I will be starting fresh in more ways than one and I am very excited to see what is in store for me when I do. Maybe its time for all of us to do some ’spring cleaning’ so of speak, and weed out all the bad in our lives.
