I woke up today feeling very refreshed and new. I’m sure none of you know because I have never really been very open about it – but for a long time I have had\u00a0on and off\u00a0battles with depression. I think that many people do, and are just as reluctant to open up about it as I am…or was. Now something has happened and I really feel like a new person. There are going to be some major changes in my life, and that will include weeding out those people that are not good for me. I will be starting fresh in more ways than one and I am very excited to see what is in store for me when I do. Maybe its time for all of us to do some ’spring cleaning’ so of speak, and weed out all the bad in our lives. Who knows it may be the best thing we’ve ever done <\/p>\n
